With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lloyd Howard Belcher (Charleston, West Virginia), who passed away on February 10, 2021 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Howard Belcher and Greta Pittman Belcher; his great grandchild Kaitlyn Brooke Gillespie; his wife Juanita Skiles Belcher; his daughters, Connie Casebolt (Robert) of Tennessee and Beverly Tyler (David) of Charleston; his granddaughters, Amanda Casebolt, Lori Church (Steve) of Tennessee and Kimberly Tyler of Charleston; and his great grandchildren, Jailyn Meadows and Erica Church. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews and in laws.

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, it is mandated by the Governor and the CDC that proper facial coverings be worn and that social distancing be observed.
