She is survived by: her boyfriend Joe Smith; her parents, Timothy Smith and Darlene Smith (Stinnett); her children, Hannah Rose Smith, Makailia B. Keadle, Anna Belle Rose and Abigail Grace Smith; and her brother Timothy A. Smith.
