He was predeceased by: his daughter Michelle Patrick; his parents, Ernest Patrick and Lorraine Patrick; and his brothers, Errol, Rick, Kim and Steve.
He is survived by: his daughter Cheryl Patrick Nelson (Scott); his grandchildren, Walker of Evergreen, CO and Sullivan of Evergreen, CO; and his siblings, Gary Patrick (Lynn) of Charleston and Paula Patrick Steindler (Tom) of Ashland, VA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
