She was predeceased by: her parents, W. C. "Jack" McCollam and Genevieve E. Kapp McCollam. She is survived by: her husband Paul M. Moore, Jr.; her precious little angel Luci Lee; her daughter-in-law Sherri Stickles Newman of Lexington, KY.; her sister Marjorie "Margie" McCollam Adkins of Rio Grande, Ohio; her nephews, Jeff Adkins (Andrea) of Gallipolis, Ohio and Brent Adkins of Columbus, Ohio; her niece Ann Dorne (Scott) of Columbus; her aunt Nancy Kapp Ratliff of Columbus; and also Linda. She is also survived by 5 great-nieces and 2 great-nephews.
