She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Bradford and Mary Alice Bailey of Charleston. She is survived by: her husband Ira Utt; her daughters, Deanna Hunley of Charleston and Kristy Utt of Charleston; her adoptive daughter Breanna Utt (Michael) of Charleston; her brother Garry Bailey of Charleston; her adoptive daughter Shelby Elliot (Collin) of Hurricane; her grandchildren, Jevon Lawson of Charleston, Olivia Hunley (Jacob) of St. Albans and Emmy Hunley of Charleston; her great grandchild Kason Hicks of Charleston; and her cousin Janice Black of Charleston.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home (1325 W Washington St, Charleston, WV 25302). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
