She was predeceased by: her mother Luetta Belcher; and her sister Dotty Pinson. She is survived by: her husband Norman Miller; her son John Miller (Devin) of Poca; her father Ronnie Belcher of Charleston; her sisters, Marsha Payton (Sam) of Cross Lanes and Terri Lucas of Charleston; and her grandchildren, Dustin Miller and Lauren Bethel.
