He was predeceased by: his wife Josephine Pittman; his parents, Jessie Pittman and Jane Taylor (Pittman); his stepfather Joe Taylor; his sisters, Margie Jernigan and Judy Quentrill; his granddaughter Amanda Pittman; and his great grandchild Kayley Pittman.
He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Pittman (Lisa) of Charleston, Russell Pittman (Lorrie) of Fort Mill, Robert Pittman of Charleston and Leona Wehrle of Charleston; his brothers, Roy Pittman (Wanda) of Charleston, Raymond Pittman (Judy) of Charleston and David Pittman (Peggy) of Charleston; his grandchildren, Kristin Sovine, Kenneth Pittman Jr., Matthew Pittman, Russell Pittman Jr., Lyndsi Wehrle, Emille Wehrle and Jewell Pittman; and his great grandchildren, Hailee Thompson, Gaige Thompson, McKinsey Pittman, Kaden Pittman and Lucas Short.
