He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Myer and Ruby Simmons Myer. He is survived by: his wife Judy Smith Myer; his son Jason Myer; and his daughter-in-law Elizabeth Brunello. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
