He was predeceased by: his parents, Delmar Cottrell and Gertha Cottrell; and his son Ray W. Cottrell. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Cottrell; his son Shawn Cottrell (Melissa); his grandchildren, Caleb, Ian and Lauren Cottrell; and his brothers, James, Robert and John Cottrell.
