He was predeceased by: his parents, Dessie Dale Bibbee of Jackson County and Cynthia Mae Rhodes of Nitro; his siblings, Carolyn Sue Bibbee and Gary "Jobo" Bibbee of Charleston, WV; and his brothers-in-law, Ovie Eugene Wolfe Jr. of Charleston, WV. and Ralph Hinkley of Charleston, WV..
He is survived by: his wife Carol Bibbee; his son Michael S. Bibbee; his mother-in-law Ila Wolfe; his sister-in-law Kay Hinkley; his grandchildren, Shaynah Quinn Gann (Craig), Bryce Daniel Bibbee (Madison) and Aliyah Grace Bibbee; and his great grandchildren, Niko Kia Bibbee and Raelynn Jade Gann.
