He was predeceased by: his father Stephen Ross Brogan; and his grandparents, Gerald R. Moore and Nellie E. Brogan. He is survived by: his children, Griffin Chase Taylor of Teays Valley, Devin Brogan of Sissonville, Hailee Brogan of South Carolina and Nikki Harris-Dunlap (Justin) of Bluefield; and his mother Virginia L. Brogan of Charleston.
