He is survived by: his wife Janet Cobb; his brothers, Kenneth Cobb of Charleston and Jackie Cobb of Charleston; his daughters, Lisa Kelley (Jimmy) of Charleston and Kim Starnes (Todd) of Monroe, NC.; and his grandchildren, Ryan Kelley, Madison Kelley, Taylor Starnes, Parker Starnes and Chandler Starnes.
