He was predeceased by: his mother Shirley Green; his sister Pammy Green; and his nephew Chad Green. He is survived by: his wife Melissa Green; his daughter April Green (Joe); his father Earl Green; his siblings, Michael Green and Lena Green; and his grandchildren, Matthew and Layla Green.
