She was predeceased by: her father Frank J. Miller. She is survived by: her mother Suzanne Moss; her father-in-law Elza R. Moss; her daughter Brooklynn Anne Miller; her sisters, Carrie Miller and Terri Miller; her niece Jamie Miller; her aunt Debora Baertschi; her pet Tawny; her friends, Missy Harris, Cindy Clark-Jones and Rhonda Wilkinson; and also Luke.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Kelley online to Susan G. Komen for the Cure and, owing to her big heart for homeless pets, also to the Kanawha-Charleston Humane Association.
