He was predeceased by: his father Linzel Spencer; and his brothers, Terry and Mike Spencer. He is survived by: his mother Reba Upton; his daughters, Kristi Tucker (Mike) of Winterville, N. C. and April Strickland (Kyle) of Ripley, W. V.; his siblings, Timothy Spencer and Shirley Spencer; and his grandchildren, Mckinzie, Ethan, Brianna and Karlee.
