She was predeceased by: her husband Everett Earl Kinder; her parents, Lawrence A. Steele and Josephine Scott Steele; and her sisters, Eloise Josephine and Lanenia Erlene Steele.
She is survived by: her children, Earline Rae Kinder of Boardman and Kevin Paul Kinder (Tricia Clark) of Charleston; her granddaughter Jillian Grace Kinder of Washington, D. C; her brother Garland W.; and her sister-in-law Pansy Lee Cooper Steele of St. Albans. She is also survived by many nephews, great nephews and great nieces.
