It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathy Wanda Neff (Charleston, West Virginia), who passed away on July 6, 2019, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her daughter Kathy Profitt; her grandson Charles Rhodes Jr.; her parents, Winston Gibson and Nettie Darby; her brothers, Chester, Bobby, Branny and Carl Gibson; and her niece Angela Sizemore.
She is survived by: her husband Patrick Neff; her children, Larry Darby of West Virginia, Daniel Darby of Kentucky, Brian Darby of Indiana, Lisa Lemons of Tennessee, Marlena Mitchell of West Virginia and Marsha Darby of West Virginia; and her siblings, Harold (Faye Gibson), Emil (Mary Gibson), Carolyn Moore of Florida and Thelma Dorsey of Florida.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Fidler and Frame Funeral Home, 1126 E. Dupont Avenue, Belle, West Virginia 25015 to assist with Kathy's final expenses.
