She was predeceased by: her parents, Sidney Edward Lee and Sydney Louise Lee; her siblings, James Edward Lee, Gerald Lamar Lee, Roy David Lee, Peggy Quay Fugatt and Maggie Ruth Watkins; her daughter Alison Louise Berry; and her grandmother Kathy.
She is survived by: her sisters, Caroline Janette Krugler and France Lee Daughtry-Gill; and her children, Harold Evertt Berry (Diane), Caryn Hartzog Tipton (Charles), Kelly Hartzog Virani, Tyler Wayne Hartzog and Patsy Rae Hartzog (James). She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
