She was predeceased by: her husband Alva Page Sr.; her daughter Kathy June Mullins; her granddaughter Brooke Mullins; her stepchildren, Larry Page, Edna Carver and Mary Powers; and her siblings, Laverne Cook, Clyde, Charles, Bobby and Frank Mullins.
She is survived by: her children, Lana Martin (Gary), Gene Mullins (Nita), David "Sarge" Mullins, Robert "Bobby" Page and Alva Page Jr.. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.
