She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie Lee O'Neal and Virginia Pauline Wells O'Neal; her sister Virginia Kay Mullins; and her close friend Dorothy "Kibby" M. Kibart. She is survived by: her brothers, William Stephen "Steve" O'Neal (Kim) and Richard Dale "Ricky" O'Neal. She is also survived by fur baby, "Molly Wiggles," loving friends and family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts can be made to Donel C. Kinnard Memorial State Veterans Cemetery, Honor Guard or a local animal shelter per Karen's wishes.
