Karen Kinder Lockhart Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Karen Kinder Lockhart of Charleston, West Virginia, who passed away on September 13, 2021 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Freda Sigmon Kinder and Curtis Phelps Kinder; and her brothers, Curtis, Jr. and Keith Kinder. She is survived by: her husband Dr. Cody Lockhart; her children, Amanda Campbell (John Campbell) of Charleston and Dr. Reed Lockhart (Sarah) of Fayetteville; her siblings, Carol Mathis of St. Albans and Dr. Gary Kinder (Sheila) of South Carolina; and her grandchildren, Luke, Katie, Caleb Campbell, Lilly and Sam Lockhart.
Due to the presence of immune compromised family members and children below the eligible age for vaccination, masks will be mandatory for everyone.
