Phillips, Jr. of Charleston; her son-in-law Cheryl Goff; her grandchildren, Michael Dale West, Shelley Dawn Klaubo, Katherine Hartley Phllips Seepe, Connor Phillips Goff and Dylan Phillips Goff; her great grandchildren, Hannah Klaubo, Ashton Klaubo, Eliott West, Mallory West, Grace Hartley Seepe, Jackson Caldwell Phillips Seepe and Noah Lowery Seepe; and also, Marc Goff of Vero Beach and Sandra West of Stafford.
