We are sad to announce that on October 3, 2023, Julia Virginia (McCown) Clements of Charleston, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira McCown and Julia McCown; her husband Charles A. Clements; and her sons, Charles, Jr. and Timothy.
She is survived by: her sister Gretchen Stinnett (Harold) of Roanoke, VA; and her children, Annette Rader-Cameron, Robin Duncan, Randall Clements (Stephanie) and Jeffrey Clements (Marcie). She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; two great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, and many friends.
