She is survived by: her children, Tom Mainella (Joyce) of Fairmont and Jane Mainella Myers; her grandchildren, Thomas Joseph Mainella II of Charleston, Leslie Grace Mainella and Julia Claire Myers of Fairmont; and her great grandchildren, Thomas Mainella III and Oliver Thorn of Fairmont.
