It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Judy Elaine Neal (Charleston, West Virginia), born in Grafton, West Virginia, who passed away on December 1, 2019, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Neal and Gladys Murphy Neal; and her brother Michael Kemp Neal. She is survived by: her brother Mark W. Neal of Spencer; and her nephews, Jason P. Neal of Charleston and Jacob E. Neal of Grafton. She is also survived by two great-nieces, one great-nephew; and several step nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be sent to Hubbard Hospice House, 1001 Curtis Price Way, Charleston, West Virginia 25311.
