She was predeceased by: her brother Donald A. Manning; her husband Gene; her stepfather George Roberson; and her daughter-in-law Bonnie Bailey (Don Rice). She is survived by: her friends, John Batlas, Jr. and A. James "Tony" Manchin; her brother-in-law James Bailey (Joan); her nieces and nephews, Gwenyth and Jeanne; her friends, Armando and Delores Alcazar; her children, Gene W. Bailey II, Jeffrey A. Bailey and Jennifer F. Bailey (Juanita); and her grandchildren, Brooke Schoen, Gene W. Bailey III, Franklin Bailey, Kelly Lee, Trenton Bailey and Lora Greer Walker. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren, four nieces and one nephew, many dear cousins.
