She was predeceased by: her mother Patricia Ann Hinzman Shaffer; and her husband David L. Haynes. She is survived by: her father Donald Lee Shaffer; her children, Edwin Lee Shaffer (Jenn) and Patricia Dawn Haynes; her siblings, Mike Bostic (Tanya), Donald Lee Shaffer Jr. (Tania) and Regina Burdette (Auty) of Sissonville; her granddaughter Stephanie Hicks; and her family Carrie. She is also survived by husband, kids, family and friends.
