With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joyce Whitlock Pascavis of Charleston, West Virginia, who passed away on September 11, 2021 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Bill; and her daughter Carla Pascavis Barfield. She is survived by: her daughter Lesa; her son-in-law Chuck Smith; her brother Fred Whitlock; her grandchildren, Katelyn Woolwine (Andrew), Sydney Smith, Jacob Smith Jesse Smith (Savana) and Jagur Smith; and her great grandchildren, Jocelyn Freed, Lincoln, Leia Woolwine and Callie Dalton.
Due to the increase in COVID-19 outbreaks, private graveside services for immediate family will be held at 2:30 p. m. Friday, September 24, 2021 at Tyler Mt. Memory Gardens, Cross Lanes, with Pastor Richard Thompson officiating.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Joyce's name to Union Mission Ministries, P.O. Box 112, Charleston, West Virginia 25321.
