He was predeceased by: his father Joseph E. Oldaker; his grandmother Eula E. Oldaker; and his stepfather Robert McCutchen. He is survived by: his wife Sarah Oldaker; his children, Rachel and J. D.; his mother Belinda Lively; his siblings, Joey and Amanda; his parents-in-law, Debbie (Mike Lett) and Toney (Rhonda Scott); and his grandmother Phyllis Gibson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
