He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Izzo and Ila Stump Izzo; and his brother James Michael Izzo. He is survived by: his wife Faye Vella Izzo; his children, Heather Izzo of Buchannon, WV, Michael Izzo (Alyssa) of Zanesville, Mark Izzo (Erin) of Frankfort, KY and Tony Izzo (Chasity) of Maryville, TN; and his uncle Sam Stump (Emma). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren.
