He was predeceased by: his parents, Emile Roy and Armande Roy. He is survived by: his wife Jane Hester Roy; his children, Pamela Roy, Gregory Roy, N. C. and Monica Maglich (Douglas); his grandchildren, Henry Kermond, Natalie Maglich Ward (Brandon) and Christian Maglich; his great grandchildren, Levi Ward and Thomas Ward; and his brothers, Charles Roy and Albert Roy. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Blessed Sacrament Church, 305 "E" Street, South Charleston, WV 25303.
