Copenhaver, Jr. and Lisa Copenhaver Martin (James); his grandchildren, Adam Copenhaver (Laura), Eric Copenhaver (Kayla), Ian Copenhaver (Hollie), Alexandra Martin and Blake Martin; his great grandchildren, Jackson, Charlotte, Cooper, Clair and Walker; his daughters-in-law, Rebecca Fosco Copenhaver and Susan Copenhaver; his stepsons, Dr. David Plantz (Nikki) and Stephen Plantz (Kelly); and his caregivers, Doreen, Mary Motley, Malinda Boggess, Ginger Belcher, Peggy Davis, Amber Taylor and Brenda Fisher.
