He was predeceased by: his father Charles "Bud" Horter. He is survived by: his mother Julie Horter; his wife Monica; his brothers, Curt, Lou and Ben; his sons, Matt and Lane; his stepdaughter Katey; his grandsons, Winston and Simon; and his children-in-law, Sarah and Adam.
