He was predeceased by: his parents, John H. and Marjorie; his siblings, Ruth Talbert (Mike), James A. Fondrliak (Jackie May), Gary M. Fondrliak (Vera) and Allen W. Fondrliak; and his parents-in-law, Jerd and Wilma Smith.
He is survived by: his mother-in-law Barbara Ann Smith; his sons, Jeffery M. Fondrliak (Terri) and Ryan J. Fondrliak of Cudhay, Wisconsin.; his brother Randy H. "Julie" Glud of Kenosha, Wisconsin; his grandchildren, Brennan, Hannah and Taylor; his close friend Larry Boggess of Charleston; and his former wife Barbara Stoll of Green Bay. He is also survived by numerous relatives and close friends.
