He is survived by: his daughters, Amanda Shinault of Charleston and April (Anthony Olson); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Shinault, Nicholas and Eric Hudson; and his siblings, Michael Nuckles of Charleston, Barbara and David Goosman of Virginia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
