He was predeceased by: his parents, Hiram Williamson and Jean Feuchter; his sister Sally Williamson; and his stepfather Carl Feuchter. He is survived by: his wife Mary Rachel; his daughter Mary Beth Rice (Kip); his grandchildren, Tanner Rice and Holli Rice; his son Campbell Williamson (Sarah); his brothers, Michael Williamson (Kathleen) and James Williamson; and his stepsister Karla Hamant (Bill). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
