It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joella G. Taylor of Charleston, West Virginia, born in Beckley, West Virginia, who passed away on March 25, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Kerr Gallaher and Norma Phillips Gallaher. She is survived by: her husband Eugene Taylor; her daughters, Gwendolyn Sue Taylor and Tammy Lynn Bias; and her brother Charles Eugene Gallaher (Cassie). She is also survived by Seven Grandchildren, and two Great Grandchildren.
