He is survived by: his pet Siberian; his close friend Kathryn Kukura; his daughter Kristen Sayre; his brother Jess Johnson; his nephews, Justin, Cole and Matthew; his niece Brook; his cousin Johnnie (Sallie); his family Greg Carroll; his brothers, Gary Zuckett, Joel Brown, Gary Brown, Tim Spears and Dickie Russell; and his friends, Charlotte Pritt and Mark Myers.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, April 27th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Coonskin Park (375 Henry C Hoppy Shores Dr, Charleston, WV 25311).
