He is survived by: his stepdaughter-in-law Janice; his wife Shelby; his adoptive son Chad (Katie Johnson); his brothers, Robert and Jack; his stepchildren, Tonya Johnson of Nitro, Jason, Janice Miles of Logan, OH, Mark Miles of Logan, OH and Misty Tuma of Columbus, OH.; and also, Malachi, Mary, Donna and Robin.
