He is survived by: his children, Jerome Street Jr. and Laquita Street Milligan; and his siblings, John Street of Columbus, OH, Tyrone Street of Bluefield, WV, Yolanda Page of Bluefield, WV, Eulise Hill Street of Charleston, WV, Bonnie Thompson of Princeton, WV and Phyllis Marshall (Walter) of Atlanta, GA. He is also survived by five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
