He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Betty, Robert "Bob" Howard, Ferguson and Mary Meadows; and his uncles, Laurence and Ferguson "Fergie" Jr..
He is survived by: his parents, Doris Meadows and Gerald "Jerry" Meadows of Institute; his sister Nikki Meadows Harris of Greensboro, NC; and his aunt Ellen Meadows. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
