Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Jeffery Lynn Dean of Charleston, West Virginia, born in Tucson, Arizona, who passed away, on March 10, 2021. He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Delano Dean and Josephine Esther Dean; and his brother Micheal Dean. He is survived by: his wife Kari; his siblings, Franklin Dean (Teri), Donald Dean and Deloris Neal (Mike); his sister-in-law Claudia Dean; his children, Jade McBride (Brandon), Amber Gonzalez (Marcelo), Justine Ulm (Murray) and Jeffery Dean (Jessica); and his grandchildren, Aydan, Adaleigh, Zaylean, Marcelo, Collins and Colt.
