She was predeceased by: her parents, Gladys Martin and Denver Carte; her husband C. W. Surbaugh; and her siblings, Lee Williams and Ann Westfall.
She is survived by: her children, Beth Thomas (David), Mary Love (Jim), Tony Surbaugh (Connie) and David Surbaugh (Susan). She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and sixteen great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
