She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Koch and Vivian Koch; her husband Roger Kiser; her daughter Sandra Rasmussen; and her brothers, Eddie Koch and Brig.
She is survived by: her children, Valerie Bone (Jim) of South Charleston and Col. Kevin Kiser (Caryn Morin) of Colorado; her son-in-law Karl Rasmussen of Texas; her grandchildren, Lauren Wood (Thomas), Megan Bone, Andrea Rasmussen, Eli Rasmussen (Xio), Melissa Rasmussen, James Hayes (Crystal) and Melanie Estrada; her sisters-in-law, Margaret Koch, Alice Quick and Tina Koch; and her close friend Clarence Wingo. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
