It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janice Lane Powell (Charleston, West Virginia), who passed away on January 9, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Price and Melinda Hooten Price; her husband James Powell Sr.; and her sons, James Powell Jr. and Ronald Powell.
She is survived by: her daughter Cheryl Umberger (Robert) of Charleston; her sister Peggy Duncan; her granddaughters, Amanda Elizabeth Powell of Charleston and Rebecca Mae Miller (Justin) of Sod, WV; and her great grandchildren, James Michael Powell and Mason Gage Miller.
