She was predeceased by: her parents, Merrill Thurston Downe and Marie Marshall Downe; and her brother Merrill Downe. She is survived by: her husband Joseph Comisky; her children, Janemarie Gabriel (Gabe) of Colbert, Georgia, William Merrill Comisky (Beth) of West Jefferson and Martha C. Ferrell (Rob) of Charleston, WV; her grandchildren, Jennifer Stancill (Roy), Brian Comisky (Michele), Katie Warpenburg (Josh), Laura Comisky, John Ferrell (Ann) and Joseph William; and her great grandchildren, Skylar, Kylan, Sierra, Campbell, Jackson and Davis.
