He was predeceased by: his parents, Clem Withrow and Ethel Mandy Price Withrow; and his siblings, Tommy, Roger Withrow, Harold Milam, Annie Goff and Phyllis Holly.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou; his sons, Terry (Teresa) and Randy (Belinda); his grandchildren, Brittany Atkins, Brandon Withrow and Ashley Withrow; his great grandchildren, Lane Slater, Lacey Atkins, Sadie, Emma Withrow and Kaden Cavender; his siblings, Kermit Withrow and Belva Armstead; his niece Cheryl Lewis; his nephew Jeff Layne; and his pet Sugar.
In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate donations to Kanawha Hospice Care.
