He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Lee Turley and Vada Turley. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Turley; his siblings, Margaret Milam (Robert) and Matt Mazzeo; his sisters-in-law, Martha Shaffer and Teresa Blankenship; his nieces, Heather, Kristi and Joann; his nephew Jason; and his pet Izzybell. He is also survived by many cousins and lifelong friends.
