He was predeceased by: his wife Luetta; his parents, John H. Belcher and Stella Hudson Belcher; his daughters, Dotty Pinson and LeAnn Miller; his sisters, Margaret Thompson, Marion Bowen and Mildred Mozella; and his grandsons, Travis and Stephen Payton.
He is survived by: his daughters, Marsha Payton (Sam) of Cross Lanes and Terri Lucas (John Riddle) of Charleston; his brother Dale Belcher of Charleston; and his sons-in-law, Billy Pinson of Charleston and Norman Miller of Charleston. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; twenty great grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
