He was predeceased by: his wife Judy Kanniard; his parents, Pearl Jane Spears and Garland Kerr Kanniard; his daughter Valletta Kanniard; and his siblings, Tommy, Dencil, John, Baby Aaron and Janice Kanniard.
He is survived by: his children, Vincent J. Kanniard (Jeanette) of Milton, Valissa R. Waugh (Donald) of Fraziers Bottom, Van W. Marcus Kanniard (Donna) of Point Pleasant, Vatina L. Schrock (Terry) of Apple Grove and Vernon T. Kanniard of Point Pleasant; and his siblings, Harold Kanniard, Chucky Jenkins, Georgia Marcum and Gwyenth Cardenas.
